Craving for a hot, delicious cappuccino? You can made one yourself at home, it's easy and money-saving! And if you have lactose intolerance like me you'll love this recipe because you can use whatever milk you want.
I adapted the recipe found on Lost Mitten to match my taste.
♥ Ingredients ♥
1 espresso
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp brown sugar
Brew 1-2 cups of espresso. Meanwhile heat the cup of milk in the microwave. Pour the espresso in the milk, add sugar and vanilla extract and blend it in a blender (you can use also a cofee/tea maker like this from IKEA) to create a nice frothy texture.
If you like you can blend some milk apart and add it later to have a real cappuccino foam.
Add cocoa powder, cinnamon or caramel sauce for extra-taste!
