Jeans cross stitch pouches

What to do when you have old jeans you no longer wear because they are too big/small or have literally worn out? Sew pouches!

I did a bit of cross stitching, first a little robot, then glasses taking inspiration from my sister's "nerdy-like" ones (hers have little lipstick kiss print all over). For the lining I used some printed fabric from my stock, so as to match with the colour of the zip and the cross stitch.

These pouches are easy and fun to make, the cross stitching takes more time of course, but I'm going to buy more colored zips and make more (have a huge pile of old jeans!!!).
